This is an ICC and AIA accredited Course: 24387 (0.4 CEU's & 4 LU/HSW). It was created for Special inspectors charged with inspection of firestopping in accordance with IBC Chapter 17, or NFPA1.

A completion certificate for this course will allow an IFC Firestop Special Inspector exam certificate to be upgraded to a Premier Certificate.

You will see the various products from different manufacturers close up, learn how to identify them, understand how they should be installed correctly, and what to look for to identify incorrect installations. It was created by multiple firestop manufacturer's and will cover the following topics:

• Fire resistive Joint systems
• Expansion Joints
• Perimeter Fire Containment 
• Penetration firestop
• Full-line firestop manufacturers

This course includes a Certificate of Completion and ICC CEU's. 

You must get a passing score on the quiz for each and every one of the modules to be issued the CEUs and completion certificate for this course.

If you fail a quiz, it is highly recommended that you review the video for that specific module prior to taking the quiz a 2nd time. Failing the quiz repeatedly will lock you out of the course, until an administrator can reset the course for you.

ICC Credits can be self-reported using your Certificate of Completion.
